One Charitable Click

Why do the babies starve
When there's enough food to feed the world
Why when there're so many of us
Are there people still alone

Why are the missiles called peace keepers
When they're aimed to kill
Why is a woman still not safe
When she's in her home

Love is hate
War is peace
No is yes
And we're all free

But somebody's gonna have to answer
The time is coming soon
Admidst all these questions and contradictions
There're some who seek the truth

But somebody's gonna have to answer
The time is coming soon
When the blind remove their blinders
And the speechless speak the truth

~ Tracy Chapman ~

The words of the great Tracy Chapman truly do strike a note at the key of my blog here. Though it has laid here neglected for quite some months, it first came from the questions of love and anguish within my own heart, and those feeling have not left me since. For that reason, I have begun to post here again, and, today, I added on a new feature...

In the upper right hand corner of the page, there is an add automatically displayed. The thing about these adds you can put on your blog is that the blog owner gets money each time the add or link is clicked on. However, to keep with the ideas of this blog, I intend to instead give the money to various charities (Depending on how much money is raised through this... I suppose I could really use some readers first, no?). So, I ask you, if you are reading this, to please add comments so I know you're there... But to especially view the ads that are on this page.

Believe it or not, every little contribution really does help, and you are one click away from contributing, without paying so much as a dollar of your money.
